When you submit a revision, the directory runs automated checks first: a safe fetch of your website and an advisory content screening. Then a person reviews it and records a decision. **AI never approves a listing on its own**; the decision always carries a human reviewer's name. Every revision is immutable and content-hashed, so what was approved is exactly what is shown.
