## Activities and Pulse
Activities contain your dated updates and display the most recent first. Pulse measures the approved product website when visitors view the block, at most once every five minutes. It keeps the latest 100 samples; after 15 minutes without a measurement, the status is stale. Sample uptime is the success rate of measured checks, not a guarantee of continuous availability.

Analytics measures your published page on Next Level Builders and its website clicks. Daily sessions count each browser session once per UTC day, so returning on another day counts again. Studio preview visits are not counted.
### Share aggregate traffic with an Analytics block
Choose Analytics in Studio, or include this block in your product document through REST, CLI, or MCP. Set a title and a reporting period of 7d, 30d, or 90d. Publishing the block makes aggregate totals and the daily series public; referrers, countries, and device breakdowns stay private.

## Activities and Pulse
Activities contain your dated updates and display the most recent first. Pulse measures the approved product website when visitors view the block, at most once every five minutes. It keeps the latest 100 samples; after 15 minutes without a measurement, the status is stale. Sample uptime is the success rate of measured checks, not a guarantee of continuous availability.

Use GET /api/v1/products/{slug}/pulse to read saved history. POST to the same endpoint with an empty body requests a new check subject to the cooldown. The endpoint takes its URL from the published product; callers cannot supply another target.

## Measure Your Product Page Traffic
Analytics measures your published page on Next Level Builders and its website clicks. Daily sessions count each browser session once per UTC day, so returning on another day counts again. Studio preview visits are not counted.
### Share aggregate traffic with an Analytics block
Choose Analytics in Studio, or include this block in your product document through REST, CLI, or MCP. Set a title and a reporting period of 7d, 30d, or 90d. Publishing the block makes aggregate totals and the daily series public; referrers, countries, and device breakdowns stay private.

### Query detailed traffic with your API key
Use an API key belonging to a member of the product organization; administrators also have access. Create your key in Profile. NextLevelBuilder (NLB) is a community of hands-on Builders — where every member actively SHIPs (publishes products, content, and value to the world) or CONTRIBUTEs (builds the community). "No Ship, No Seat" — If you don't ship, you don't have a seat in the community.
### Two Paths to Join
• SHIP: Commit to 4 public posts/month, share in Discord #ship — for those who want to Build in Public • CONTRIBUTE: 45-day trial period, weekly reports — for those who want to contribute technically or to the community
### Two Membership Types
• Premium: Full standard benefits — Discord, content drops, resources, community support • VIP: Premium + priority slots, early access, priority Discord DM with Mentor, direct Mentor access
### Ranking System

# Quy chế SHIP — Build in Public
## SHIP là gì?
SHIP là công bố ra công chúng bất kỳ thứ gì bạn đang xây dựng, học hỏi, hoặc chia sẻ — bài viết, sản phẩm, ý tưởng, kinh nghiệm...
"Ship early, ship often, ship with intention."
## Cam kết SHIP tối thiểu
•Số lượng: Tối thiểu 4 lần/tháng (trung bình 1 lần/tuần), không gom cuối tháng
•Hình thức: Bài viết public có link (blog, social media, website...)
•Báo cáo: Post link vào channel #ship trên Discord
•Mục đích: Để cộng đồng hỗ trợ tương tác, feedback
## Những gì được tính là SHIP
Được chấp nhận:
•Profile cá nhân: Giới thiệu bản thân, LinkedIn, portfolio
•Sản phẩm: MVP, beta, feature mới, demo
•Kiến thức chuyên môn: Tutorial, hướng dẫn, tips & tricks
•Kinh nghiệm làm nghề: Lessons learned, behind the scenes
•Ý tưởng: Concept, wireframe, validation
Không được chấp nhận:
•Bài repost/share đơn thuần không có nội dung riêng
•Bài viết private/không có link public
•Comment trên bài người khác

•12+ bài: Top Shipper
## Hỗ trợ từ cộng đồng
Khi bạn SHIP vào #ship, các thành viên khác sẽ like/react, comment feedback xây dựng, share nếu nội dung hay, và kết nối nếu có synergy.

# SHIP Policy — Build in Public
## What is SHIP?
SHIP means publishing anything you're building, learning, or sharing to the public — articles, products, ideas, experiences...
"Ship early, ship often, ship with intention."
## Minimum SHIP Commitment
•Quantity: At least 4 times/month (avg. once/week), not all at the end of the month
•Format: Public posts with links (blog, social media, website...)
•Report: Share the link in the #ship Discord channel
•Purpose: So the community can support, engage, and give feedback
## What Counts as a SHIP
Accepted:
•Personal profile: Introducing yourself, LinkedIn updates, portfolio
•Product: MVP, beta, new feature, demo
•Expert knowledge: Tutorial, guides, tips & tricks
•Work experience: Lessons learned, behind the scenes
•Ideas: Concept, wireframe, validation
Not accepted:
•Simple reposts/shares without original content
•Private posts without a public link
•Comments on others' posts
## Weekly SHIP Process
1\. Create content (article, video, product...)
2\. Post it PUBLIC (blog, social, website...)
3\. Copy the post link
4\. Share it in the #ship Discord channel
5\. Community comes in to support and engage
## Monthly Evaluation
•0–1 posts: Not met — Warning
•2–3 posts: Below expectation — Reminder
•4+ posts: Meets requirement
•8+ posts: Outstanding
•12+ posts: Top Shipper

When you SHIP in #ship, other members will like/react, leave constructive feedback, share if the content is good, and connect if there's synergy.

# Quy chế Contributor
## Contributor là gì?
Contributor là thành viên NLB đóng góp xây dựng cộng đồng thay vì SHIP nội dung cá nhân hàng tuần. Đây là lựa chọn thay thế cho những ai không muốn/không thể Build in Public nhưng vẫn muốn đóng góp giá trị.
## Các loại Contributor
•Technical Support: Trả lời câu hỏi kỹ thuật trên Discord, hướng dẫn debug, review code, chia sẻ resources
•Developer: Fix bugs, implement features, update docs, code review — cần được 3 Mentors thẩm định trình độ; cam kết 4–8 giờ/tuần
•Other: Content, Community, QA/Testing, Design, Research — tự đề xuất hình thức đóng góp
## Quy trình đăng ký
1\. Là thành viên trả phí NLB
2\. Submit Contributor Application Form
3\. Mentors review (Developer: thẩm định kỹ, 3–7 ngày)
4\. Nếu approved: Bắt đầu thử việc 45 ngày
5\. Tự chọn cách contribute + Báo cáo weekly
6\. Mentors review tổng thể
7\. Kết quả: CONFIRM, EXTEND, hoặc REMOVE + Refund
## Thử việc 45 ngày
•Tự chọn tasks/contributions phù hợp năng lực
•Báo cáo công việc MỖI TUẦN (bắt buộc)
•Vẫn phải submit Feedback Weekly form
•Miễn yêu cầu SHIP 4 bài/tháng trong giai đoạn này
## Quyền lợi Contributor chính thức
•Badge Contributor trên Discord
•Miễn SHIP 4 bài/tháng
•+15 RP/tuần công việc
•Early Access sản phẩm NLB
•Kết nối với Mentors và Partners
•Thư giới thiệu từ NLB khi cần
•Revenue share từ dự án đóng góp (tùy case)
## Đặc quyền Đối tác Chiến lược
Dành cho cá nhân xuất sắc vừa là Contributor tích cực vừa SHIP đều đặn:
•Ưu tiên phân phối AgentBrain.sh và GoClaw.sh với chia sẻ lợi nhuận
•Hỗ trợ đóng gói sản phẩm riêng dựa trên nền tảng NLB
•Tham gia các buổi họp chiến lược với Founders (Co-founder Level Access)

# Contributor Policy
## What is a Contributor?
A Contributor is an NLB member who helps build the community instead of shipping personal content weekly. This is an alternative path for those who don't want or can't Build in Public but still want to contribute value.
## Types of Contributors
•Technical Support: Answer technical questions on Discord, help with debugging, review code, share resources
•Developer: Fix bugs, implement features, update docs, code review — requires assessment by 3 Mentors; commit 4–8 hours/week
•Other: Content, Community, QA/Testing, Design, Research — propose your own contribution format
## Application Process
1\. Be a paid NLB member
2\. Submit Contributor Application Form
3\. Mentor review (Developer: thorough assessment, 3–7 days)
4\. If approved: Begin 45-day trial period
5\. Choose how to contribute + submit weekly reports
6\. Mentors conduct overall review
7\. Result: CONFIRM, EXTEND, or REMOVE + Refund
## 45-Day Trial Period
•Choose tasks/contributions that match your skills
•Submit work report EVERY WEEK (mandatory)
•Still required to submit Feedback Weekly form
•SHIP 4 posts/month requirement is waived during this period
## Confirmed Contributor Benefits
•Contributor badge on Discord
•SHIP requirement waived
•+15 RP/week of work
•Early access to NLB products
•Connect with Mentors and Partners
•Reference letter from NLB when needed
•Revenue share from contributed projects (case by case)
## Strategic Partner Privileges
For outstanding individuals who are both active Contributors and consistent Shippers:
•Priority to distribute AgentBrain.sh and GoClaw.sh with profit sharing
•Support for packaging your own product based on NLB platforms

•SHIP bài viết: +10 RP
•SHIP được highlight: +25 RP
•Feedback weekly: +5 RP/tuần
•Hoạt động Discord (tuần): +3 RP/tuần
•Giúp member (verified): +8 RP/lần
•Đóng góp nổi bật: +50 RP/lần
•Contributor work: +15 RP/tuần
•Product launch: +100 RP
Ngưỡng hạng: Builder 100 RP | Architect 300 RP | Master 800 RP | Legend 2000 RP + Đề cử
## Upgrade & Downgrade
•Upgrade loại (Premium → VIP): Bất kỳ lúc nào, thanh toán chênh lệch, hiệu lực ngay
•Ranking: Tự động tính dựa trên Ranking Points, cập nhật ngày 1 mỗi tháng
•Không downgrade hạng đã đạt (chỉ freeze nếu inactive)
•Legend cần re-nomination hàng năm

For Builders who want to learn, connect, and SHIP in a professional environment.

•Async Q\&A: Priority answers from Mentors in Discord

## VIP Member
For serious Builders who want to accelerate and have the opportunity to become a Partner.
Benefits = Premium + Priority:
•Early Access: First access to all new products
•Early Bird Slots: Priority pricing on new programs
•Partner Priority: Priority review to become Strategic Partner
•Priority Mentor DM: Direct Discord DM with Mentor (priority queue)

# Quy trình xét duyệt thành viên mới
## Tổng quan quy trình (7–14 ngày)
1\. Thanh toán phí membership
2\. Submit Form Thông Tin cá nhân
3\. BQT Review & Verify (2–3 ngày)
4\. Submit Form Cam Kết
5\. Nhận Discord Access + Onboarding
Lưu ý: Nếu không đạt xét duyệt, được REFUND 100% chi phí đã đóng.
## Tiêu chí xét duyệt
BQT đánh giá dựa trên:
•Thông tin đầy đủ (20%): Điền hết các trường bắt buộc
•Profile thật (20%): Có link xác minh được
•Mục tiêu rõ ràng (25%): Biết muốn build gì
•Năng lực phù hợp (20%): Có nền tảng để build
•Động lực đúng (15%): Muốn SHIP, học hỏi — không chỉ "hóng"
## Cam kết cần đồng ý
•SHIP tối thiểu 4 bài/tháng dưới dạng bài viết public, post vào #ship
•Submit Form Feedback Weekly MỖI TUẦN với nội dung thực chất
•Hoạt động Discord tích cực: ít nhất 2 lần check-in hàng tuần/tháng
•Tuân thủ Code of Conduct của NLB
•Nếu không muốn SHIP, đăng ký làm Contributor (xét duyệt)
## Checklist sau khi được duyệt
•Ngày 1: Đọc quy chế SHIP, update Discord profile
•Ngày 2: Giới thiệu bản thân tại #introductions
•Ngày 3: Xem Onboarding Video
•Ngày 7: Xem Onboarding Video Phần 2 + hoàn thành Onboarding Checklist trên Discord
•Tuần 2: SHIP bài đầu tiên
•Tuần 2: Submit Feedback Weekly đầu tiên
## Tái đăng ký (Re-application)
Điều kiện: Đã bị gỡ quyền do vi phạm + chờ ít nhất 45 ngày
Quy trình:
1\. Submit Form Thông Tin (cập nhật mới)
2\. Giải thích lý do muốn quay lại
3\. Cam kết cụ thể sẽ làm gì khác
4\. BQT review (strict hơn lần đầu)
5\. Nếu approved: đi qua quy trình bình thường

# New Member Review Process
## Process Overview (7–14 days)
1\. Pay membership fee
2\. Submit Member Information Form
3\. Admin Review & Verify (2–3 days)
4\. Submit Commitment Form
5\. Receive Discord Access + Onboarding
Note: If you don't pass the review, you will receive a 100% refund.
## Review Criteria
Admin evaluates based on:
•Complete information (20%): All required fields filled
•Verified profile (20%): Verifiable links
•Clear goals (25%): Knows what they want to build
•Suitable skills (20%): Has a foundation to build
•Right motivation (15%): Wants to SHIP and learn — not just lurk
## Required Commitments
•SHIP at least 4 posts/month as public posts, share in #ship
•Submit Feedback Weekly form EVERY WEEK with substantive content
•Active Discord participation: at least 2 weekly check-ins/month
•Follow NLB's Code of Conduct
•If you don't want to SHIP, apply as a Contributor (requires approval)
## Post-Approval Checklist
•Day 1: Read SHIP guidelines, update Discord profile
•Day 2: Introduce yourself in #introductions
•Day 3: Watch the Onboarding Video
•Day 7: Watch Onboarding Video Pt.2 + complete Onboarding Checklist in Discord
•Week 2: SHIP your first post
•Week 2: Submit first Feedback Weekly
## Re-application
Requirements: Previously removed due to violations + waited at least 45 days
Process:
1\. Submit updated Member Information Form
2\. Explain why you want to return
3\. Specific commitments about what you'll do differently
4\. Admin review (stricter than first time)
5\. If approved: Go through the normal process

# Chính sách xử lý vi phạm
## Nguyên tắc chung
NLB áp dụng chính sách "Fair but Firm" — công bằng với tất cả thành viên, nhưng nghiêm túc với cam kết.
"Chúng tôi không muốn kick ai. Chúng tôi muốn tất cả cùng SHIP."
## Các loại vi phạm
Vi phạm SHIP:
•Nhẹ: SHIP 2–3 bài/tháng
•Trung bình: SHIP 1 bài/tháng
•Nặng: Không SHIP bài nào
•Nghiêm trọng: Không SHIP 2 tháng liên tiếp
Vi phạm Feedback:
•Nhẹ: Miss 1–2 tuần/tháng
•Nặng: Không submit cả tháng hoặc điền đại (".", "ok", spam)
Vi phạm Code of Conduct:
•Spam, off-topic, không tôn trọng
•Gây conflict, toxic behavior
•Quấy rối, phân biệt đối xử
## Quy trình xử lý tự động
Hệ thống tự động theo dõi SHIP count, feedback submissions và tổng hợp theo chu kỳ 45 ngày.
Khi đến hạn review:
•Đạt: Đủ SHIP + Feedback + Hoạt động Discord → Tiếp tục membership
•Không đạt: Tự động gỡ quyền Discord, revoke credentials, gửi email thông báo, xử lý Refund 100%, ghi nhận danh sách chờ 45 ngày
## Xử lý nhanh (Fast Track)
Một số vi phạm được xử lý ngay lập tức không qua warning:
•Quấy rối thành viên khác → Terminate ngay
•Spam quảng cáo, scam → Terminate + Ban vĩnh viễn
•Vi phạm pháp luật → Terminate + Báo cáo nếu cần
•Fake identity → Terminate + Ban vĩnh viễn
•Leak thông tin nội bộ → Terminate + Xem xét pháp lý
## Chính sách Refund
Refund 100% khi:
•Bị terminate do vi phạm cam kết
•Tự rời đi trong 45 ngày đầu
•NLB ngừng hoạt động
Refund pro-rata: Tự rời đi sau 45 ngày (tính theo thời gian còn lại)
Không refund: Bị ban vĩnh viễn do vi phạm nghiêm trọng, hoặc đã hết thời gian membership
## Quyền khiếu nại
Nếu bạn cho rằng quyết định không công bằng:
1\. Reply email terminate với lý do khiếu nại
2\. BQT review trong 7 ngày
3\. Nếu chưa hài lòng, escalate lên Co-founders
4\. Quyết định cuối cùng trong 14 ngày
Cần cung cấp: Lý do khiếu nại cụ thể, bằng chứng (nếu có), đề xuất giải quyết

# Violation Policy
## General Principles
NLB follows a "Fair but Firm" policy — fair to all members, but serious about commitments.
"We don't want to remove anyone. We want everyone to SHIP."
## Types of Violations
SHIP violations:
•Minor: 2–3 posts/month
•Moderate: 1 post/month
•Severe: No posts at all
•Critical: No posts for 2 consecutive months
Feedback violations:
•Minor: Miss 1–2 weeks/month
•Severe: No submissions for the whole month or fake submissions (".", "ok", spam)
Code of Conduct violations:
•Spam, off-topic, disrespectful behavior
•Causing conflict, toxic behavior
•Harassment, discrimination
## Automated Enforcement Process
The system automatically tracks SHIP count, feedback submissions, and consolidates every 45 days.
At review time:
•Pass: Sufficient SHIP + Feedback + Discord activity → Membership continues
•Fail: Auto-revoke Discord access, revoke credentials, send notification email, process 100% Refund, add to 45-day waiting list
## Fast Track (Immediate Action)
Some violations are handled immediately without warning:
•Harassing other members → Immediate termination
•Spam, advertising, scam → Terminate + Permanent ban
•Violating laws → Terminate + Report if needed
•Fake identity → Terminate + Permanent ban
•Leaking internal information → Terminate + Legal review
## Refund Policy
100% Refund when:
•Terminated due to commitment violations
•Voluntarily leaving within the first 45 days
•NLB ceases operations
Pro-rata refund: Voluntarily leaving after 45 days (based on remaining time)
No refund: Permanently banned due to serious violations, or membership period has ended
## Right to Appeal
If you believe the decision was unfair:
1\. Reply to the termination email with your appeal reason
2\. Admin reviews within 7 days
3\. If unsatisfied, escalate to Co-founders
4\. Final decision within 14 days
Required: Specific reason for appeal, evidence (if any), proposed resolution

# Next Level Builders API

Create an API key in [your profile](https://nextlevelbuilder.io/profile). Builder endpoints accept `Authorization: Bearer nlb_live_…` or `x-api-key: nlb_live_…`. Organization membership is required. Voting and key management require a signed-in browser session.
Use the current website origin for session requests. Requests sent with “Test Request” run against the server you select and can save drafts or submit for review. Credentials are not persisted by this reference.

- ### `GET /api/v1/products/{slug}/traffic`
Query product traffic
Organization members and admins only. From/to are UTC ISO timestamps; defaults to the last 30 days, maximum 90 days, no future timestamps. Counts NLB product page traffic, not the external product website. Visitors rotate daily; summed across days they are not unique people. Top 10 referrers, countries and devices describe page views. Active visitors is always the current 5-minute window, independent of from/to.
- ### `GET /api/v1/products/{slug}/traffic/public`
Read published Analytics block totals
Available only when the latest public document (approved or published) contains an Analytics block. Draft changes do not change this opt-in. Returns totals and daily series; referrers/countries/devices are private.
- ### `GET /api/v1/products/{slug}/pulse`
Read product website health history
Read saved samples for a published product with a Pulse block. No probe is performed. Uptime is the percentage of successful measured samples, not continuous availability; unknown samples are excluded. History contains at most 100 samples and becomes stale after 15 minutes.
- ### `POST /api/v1/products/{slug}/pulse`
Sample the product's published website
Send an empty body. Checks the saved website URL, never a caller-supplied URL. A five-minute per-product cooldown and global concurrent-probe limit apply. Returns sampled=false when a new probe is not due or capacity is full. Probes are on-view, not scheduled continuous monitoring.

Upload product media
Upload an image (up to 10 MB) or video (up to 100 MB). The current endpoint accepts draft creators without a session.

Requires a browser session. The raw key is returned only once; store it securely.

Create Product Document Revision
Save a new block-based document revision. Validates against the official block schema contract (including Activities, Pulse and Analytics). Publishing an Analytics block opts into public traffic totals for that product.
